Return Policy

It’s OK to change your mind. If you’re not totally satisfied with your Jetcloudlive purchase.We strive to offer the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free returns. Please contact us within 14 days upon receiving the items to initiate the return process if you are not satisfied with your order

  2. Pack your items carefully and send them through your local post office to make sure they arrive safely.
  3. We will process the return or exchange as soon as we receive your package.
  4. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Jetcloudlive cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to Jetcloudlive.com. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order.

If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.

Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when Jetcloudlive is responsible for shipping the wrong item.

2.Customer's responsibility

If the customer decides that they no longer want the item or simply want to exchange the item, they can report this to us within 14 days of receiving the product for a partial refund of the product cost.

1.How to get my return status?
Once you have done the return please inform us about your return tracking number and tracking link (or receipt picture) so we can trace the return status for you.


2.Which carrier can I use to return my items?
Normally, our customers will return items by local postal office.


3.Can I get a full refund for the return?
We will offer a full refund only for your returned items but not for the unreturnable items and shipping fee. Please note the cash coupon or Jetcloudlivepoints applied to the order is nonrefundable. We are not acceptable full refund, the high refund the half money. Usually we reward the exist cash coupon to customer.
In general, we will try to be as flexible as possible on your returns. However, please note that customers are responsible for return postage.
 Returns will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of your package. An email will be sent to notify you once your refund has been processed.


4.What if I received a wrong/defective/stained item?
You may send a few photos of the label on the wrong package you received and pictures of the defection as reference. The SKU of the item is also needed. Our customer service team will try best to solve your problem.
 If you return the items without confirming with our customer service first, our staff may not be able to accept the items you returned and the refund request will also not be processed.


5.How long till I get my refund?
Returns will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of your package. An email will be sent to notify you once your refund has been processed.
